Formed by real estate professionals Ken Dearden and the team at Kohl Solutions, MetroPartners is a privately held real estate development and property management company best known for creating dramatic new properties to live and work.

We help create communities that satisfy the unique needs of people who seek high quality properties and urban conveniences.

Current MetroPartners projects include THE LOFTS at METRO92 and
66 Main, both located on the Yonkers, New York waterfront.

MetroPartners is dedicated to urban renewal and the revitalization of Downtown Yonkers. Our principals are active in the Yonkers/ Downtown Waterfront Business Improvement District, Beczak Environmental Education Center and Yonkers Partners in Education. We also run an apprentice program, to provide training in construction to local residents, minorities, and women.
