Alan Litt, President

Alan Litt brings to MetroPartners more than 20 years of experience as a real estate developer, specializing in the construction of residential properties, assisted living facilities, houses of worship, school community centers, office complexes and, most recently, live/work rentals in the waterfront area of Yonkers.

Alan is a consultant to several not-for-profit religious and educational institutions and serves as the secretary of the Yonkers Partners in Education, a foundation dedicated to sustaining extraordinary public education in the city.

He received a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from New York University.
