Jonathan Litt, Executive Vice President, Development

Jonathan Litt brings more than more than 15 years of real estate, construction and health care experience. Throughout the years, he has developed assisted living facilities, nursing homes, affordable housing for seniors, ambulatory surgery centers, medical offices and commercial office spaces. Jonathan was a construction manager for Balcor/American Express. He was also as an operations auditor for Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and the Montefiore Medical Center.

Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from Ithaca College.
