Leonard Kohl, Chairman

For more than 45 years, Leonard Kohl built and developed commercial and residential real estate properties, including active adult communities, health care facilities and nursing homes. Throughout the years, Leonard has also served as a consultant to banks, governmental agencies and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for a multitude of workouts and restructurings. His considerable experience has awarded him a lifetime directorship to the Board of the National Association of Home Builders.

Leonard was the former president and remains an officer and director of the Daughters of Miriam Center for the Aged, a skilled nursing facility located in Clifton, N.J. He is also a member of the Senior Citizens Housing Council.

He received a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University and Bachelor B.S. in Biochemistry from the College of the City of New York.
